Notably, on August 9, he moved 3,000 ETH worth $8.04 million to the same multi-signature wallet. This 3,000 ETH transfer raised questions about whether it signaled a donation or an internal reallocation.
However, there is limited information on purpose of the most recent 800 ETH transfer. The absence of reliable disclosures has fueled ongoing speculation within the crypto community.
