At about 4 p.m. ET on Oct. 21, OpenSea’s API reported 78.3 $ETH in total trading volume for packs and 27.4 $ETH for cards. The marketplace indexed 14,729 pack NFTs and 53,960 card NFTs. Its volume figures are denominated in $ETH, while its floor prices—the lowest asking prices—are quoted in SOL.
Unclaimed Packs Follow the Ape
The claim page asks users to connect an Ethereum wallet to check their totems. But the entitlement is not simply an airdrop into the owner’s regular wallet.
Yuga’s vice president of blockchain, known as Quit, said the totem sits in an ERC-6551 tokenbound account belonging to each ape’s exclusive delegate. That structure ties control of the unclaimed packs to the ape and its delegation.
“Sell the ape or re-delegate your ape, and the unclaimed packs go with it,” he wrote.
Holders who do not want to claim from a cold wallet can use Delegate.xyz’s Shadow delegation option to move claim rights to a delegate wallet, Quit said. Claiming burns the totem and sends a message through Chainlink CCIP to Solana; he estimated delivery at about 20 minutes before packs appear in the Solana wallet.
Packs can already be opened onchain, according to Quit. Physical redemption is a separate step: the Mudwater website describes tokens backed by cards in a vault, but marks conversion between physical and digital cards as “Coming soon.” Combining 24 pack tokens into a sealed box, or 10 box tokens into a case, is also marked as forthcoming.
The site says $NFT trades carry a 2.5% charge that buys APE for holders in proportion to their holdings, plus a separate 2.5% royalty.
The claim page sets the pack-claim deadline at 7 p.m. ET on Jan. 18, 2027.
