Community Builds Around Art, Cards, and Meetups
Longtime ecosystem participants established the Fuzzies in January 2025, adopting a scruffy bear mascot and developing tokens, artwork, trading cards, and gatherings. Evernorth puts participation at more than 20,000 across X, Telegram, and the ledger. The group combines shared interests in cryptocurrency and blockchain with physical collectibles and social events.
Earlier recognition efforts included Evernorth’s $XRP community campaign, featuring Bearchamp, a boxing bear character created by Chicago artist JC Rivera. The latest release coincides with Swell 2026 week, Ripple’s annual finance and blockchain conference in New York. The limited merchandise will carry both Evernorth and Fuzzy branding.
Fuzzybear ($FUZZY) is a community token issued on the $XRP Ledger to commemorate the historical wallet. It is distinct from $XRP, the network’s native cryptocurrency. Evernorth states that it does not endorse, sponsor, or promote $FUZZY, other digital assets, or non-fungible tokens (NFTs), unique blockchain tokens that can represent collectibles or other items.
The company also discloses that $XRP is its primary treasury asset and that increases in its value may benefit the business.
Fuzzycon Brings the Collaboration to New York
Public-market trading in Evernorth shares began Oct. 12, giving stock investors exposure to its actively managed $XRP treasury. The Nasdaq trading debut followed a merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. II, a special purpose acquisition company formed to take another business public. Evernorth reported approximately 473 million $XRP at the transaction’s closing.
Company leadership subsequently marked the listing with a ceremony at Nasdaq Marketsite in New York’s Times Square on Oct. 14. Alongside the Nasdaq closing-bell celebration, Evernorth outlined an objective of increasing $XRP held per share through investment strategies, ecosystem participation, and capital markets activities.
Scheduled for Oct. 26, the first Fuzzycon gathering will bring Fuzzy and wider $XRP community participants to Creature’s Rooftop in New York City from 5 to 11 p.m. Organizers list free admission, card games, merchandise, and giveaways. Guests must be at least 21 and present valid photo identification. Capacity is limited to 150 people at a time.
