Bitget has launched H100USDT and B200USDT Pre-Market Compute Perpetuals, giving users access to perpetual contracts tracking NVIDIA H100 and B200 GPU rental prices.
The launch marks a retail industry first for perpetual contracts linked to GPU rental-price indices.
The contracts track the hourly rental cost of NVIDIA H100 and B200 GPU compute, turning one of the fundamental costs powering artificial intelligence into a tradable market.
GPUs have become critical infrastructure for training and running AI models. As investment in AI data centers accelerates, the cost of accessing high-performance compute is emerging as an economic signal in its own right, shaped by chip availability, cloud capacity, and demand from AI companies.
Traditional derivatives markets are beginning to develop around compute pricing, with CME Group scheduled to launch H100 and B200 GPU rental-price futures in October.
Bitget is bringing this emerging market to retail traders through crypto-native derivatives. H100USDT and B200USDT Pre-Market Compute Perps track the H100 and B200 GPU Rental Price Indices published by Silicon Data, reflecting standardized average hourly rental costs across multiple GPU cloud and compute providers.
Quoted against indices expressed in USD per GPU-hour and settled in USDT, the contracts trade 24/7 with leverage of up to 10x.
The indices standardize factors including GPU specifications, rental duration, geography, and rental terms, creating a reference point for a market where pricing has historically been fragmented across cloud providers and private agreements.
Traders can take a view on changes in compute prices and participate in price discovery without purchasing GPUs or entering cloud rental agreements.
