YZi Labs, the investment arm of cryptocurrency exchange Binance, has announced a strategic investment in Tensorplex Labs, a decentralized AI lab focused on developing AI applications, infrastructure, and tools using decentralized technologies.
This investment will allow Tensorplex to expand its team, accelerate research and development, and drive adoption of decentralized AI solutions.
According to the announcement made by YZi Labs, Tensorplex Labs is at the forefront of the decentralized AI revolution by pioneering solutions that integrate blockchain with AI. The company’s main products include Tensorplex Dojo (Dojo), a foundational infrastructure designed to enhance human-AI collaboration, and Backprop Finance, a comprehensive DeFi hub for Bittensor.
Dojo is a decentralized platform that improves AI models and agents by collecting human preferences and feedback data. The platform rewards contributors for their participation and aims to shape the future of Human-AI interaction by facilitating real-time collaboration between humans and AI agents.
With the recent Dynamic TAO (dTAO) upgrade on Bittensor, which offers an open market model for TAO emissions, Tensorplex has built Backprop Finance as a one-stop DeFi hub. The platform offers trading and analytics solutions for the dTAO tokens of the altnet, with plans to offer capital solutions powered by EVM smart contracts to further expand the Bittensor altnet economy.
