The XRPL’s 30-day RWA trading volume rocketed in tandem with tokenized assets and holder count. At press time, the $XRP Ledger had 286 RWA holders, up nearly 14% during the last 30 days.
On the other side, the network’s Distributed Asset Value (DAV) – which tracks the RWA tokens using this blockchain as a distribution layer – had gained over 8.8% in this period to $498.80 million. With around 379 RWA counts, at the time of publication, the $XRP Ledger had a reported $4.02 billion in Represented Asset Value (RAV), a figure that shows RWA tokens using the blockchain as a record-keeping layer.
As such, this massive jump in RWA’s transfer volume reflects high-velocity institutional trading among a small group of large holders. Furthermore, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently stepped up to provide regulatory clarity as the CLARITY Act was delayed in the Senate.
