Tonkeeper, the largest self-custodial wallet in the TON ecosystem, has become Keeper and expanded its support to more chains, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Base, Arbitrum, and TRON, the project said Tuesday.
According to Andrew Rogozov, CEO and founder of The Open Platform (TOP), Tonkeeper’s role as a home for TON has provided the foundation for Keeper’s next phase. The team said the new brand is aimed at extending its wallet experience beyond TON and establishing Keeper as the default self-custodial option for a multichain crypto economy, where users can hold, trade and spend across different networks.
The original Tonkeeper wallet was developed specifically for TON, but users increasingly operate across several blockchain ecosystems as the crypto market has become more interconnected. That can require managing multiple wallets, bridges and native gas tokens.
Keeper is designed to bring those activities into one application, giving both existing Tonkeeper users and newcomers a single destination for assets, applications and liquidity across supported chains while maintaining a route into the TON ecosystem, the company noted.
The company said Keeper’s expansion is focused on simplifying multichain use rather than merely increasing the number of supported networks. Its Battery system supports gasless transactions, meaning users can pay network fees without maintaining balances of each network’s native gas token.

The feature is paired with a consumer-focused interface designed to make navigating different blockchains easier without giving up self-custody, as noted by the team.
Keeper said adding support for additional chains marks the start of a bigger roadmap. Over the next year, the company plans to expand Battery’s gasless infrastructure across supported networks, introduce native DeFi, develop tools for everyday spending and launch a loyalty program that rewards active users. The roadmap also includes cross-chain swaps, an integrated decentralized application browser and additional financial products.
The planned features are expected to turn Keeper from a place to store crypto into a financial home where users can hold, trade, spend and grow assets across multiple blockchains.
The company said its long-term goal is to become the default self-custodial wallet for a multichain era in which holding, trading, spending and growing assets across different blockchains can take place through a single application.
