The KuCoin exchange has announced the listing of Puffer (PUFFER), a new project aimed at improving Ethereum’s scalability and security.
According to the announcement, The PUFFER token will be available on KuCoin’s spot market starting today at 12:00 PM UTC, paired with USDT. KuCoin is currently accepting deposits of PUFFER tokens via the Ethereum ERC20 network.
Trading starts today, but withdrawals for PUFFER tokens will be available on Tuesday, October 15, 24 hours after trading begins.
Puffer’s Ecosystem: A Trio of Products for Ethereum
The Puffer ecosystem has three main products:
- Puffer LRT: A liquid restaking protocol that allows anyone to participate as a validator.
- UniFi AVS: An actively validated service that offers pre-confirmation for roll-ups.
- UniFi Rollup: A rollup solution that uses Ethereum’s security to improve scalability.
These products work together to improve Ethereum’s infrastructure and performance.
Puffer Campaign to Earn Free Tokens
KuCoin is launching a campaign for PUFFER, featuring it in its GemPool and giving users the chance to farm the token and earn free coins. Starting today at noon UTC, KuCoin users can stake their KCS, USDT, and PUFFER in separate pools to farm PUFFER tokens.

PUFFER has a total supply of 1 billion tokens. The KuCoin GemPool will give out a total of 750,000 PUFFER tokens as rewards. The campaign will last for seven days, ending at 12:00 PM (UTC) on October 21.
To participate in staking, users need to complete KYC verification on KuCoin. The daily reward limit per user depends on the pool.
For the USDT pool, the limit is 12,000 PUFFER, with a total reward pool of 300,000 PUFFER. The KCS pool has a limit of 10,000 PUFFER per user and a total reward pool of 250,000 PUFFER. The PUFFER pool has a limit of 8,000 PUFFER and a total reward pool of 200,000 PUFFER.
Additionally, KuCoin users who participate in the GemPool and get all the quiz answers right will get a 10% bonus. VIP users in the GemPool also get special bonuses based on their VIP level.
