Closing this gap could create momentum but also raise volatility at this significant price level. Bitcoin started the week with not a very large CME gap just above its current price points. More notably, the gap is located near the absolute high of this indicator, exceeding $99,000 for the first time. As Bitcoin traded around this range, some experts believe this range could be bridged soon, while the fluctuations in cryptocurrency…
The XRP Ledger (XRPL) went down briefly on November 25, 2024. This stopped transaction processing for about 10 minutes. During the instability, XRPL’s consensus mechanism focused on safety over progress, which delayed transaction processing. The network started working normally again at 13:49 UTC. No…

Pro-XRP lawyer Jeremy Hogan suggests a potential settlement in the Ripple vs. SEC case by April or May. Both Ripple and the SEC have appealed the court’s split decision, drawing widespread attention. But the new SEC administration may decide not to pursue the appeal, and perhaps that leads the parties to settle for what the court awarded. — Marc Fagel (@Marc_Fagel) January 6, 2025 The court had ruled Ripple’s $700 million institutional sales were illegal securities offerings and imposed a $125…
