Akbar Akhtar, the Head of Investigations for Asia-Pacific at Binance, said that the reward was recognition for their rigorous efforts and commitment to being a compliant-first organization. Nirun Fuwattananukul, CFA & CEO of Gulf Binance, stated that the reward affirmed their dedication to integrity and collaboration with Thai authorities to the highest standards.
Interestingly, Binance and Binance TH received the reward and recognition on the occasion of the Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD) Foundation Day. This marked the sixteenth anniversary of the said unit.
