Community members noted that the pronunciation of the English word “haystack” resembles the phrase “Hey Stock,” suggesting that the new product could be a platform or channel providing access to US stock investments. However, Binance has not yet made an official statement regarding these claims.
Another development that fueled speculation was a post by Binance founder and former CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) regarding the matter. Quoting a post reminding readers that Binance would be announcing a new product on June 1st, CZ commented, “Another announcement of an announcement… I hope it’s something exciting.”
