Joao Wedson, CEO of cryptocurrency analysis firm Alphractal, shared his updated analysis of three altcoins.
Wedson shared the current status and expectations for Ethereum (ETH), Chainlink (LINK), and Cardano (ADA).
Wedson stated that he used data such as On-Chain Metrics, Technical Analysis, Buy/Sell Pressure Delta, and Aggregate Liquidation Levels in his analysis.
1) Ethereum (ETH): The analyst first noted that on-chain data like MVRV points to speculation and strong bullish expectations.
The Buy/Sell Pressure Delta data has turned red for ETH, indicating historical lows. At this point, the analyst believes this indicator suggests that a short-term bottom for Ethereum may already be in place.
The Liquidation Levels suggest that a break above $4,800 could trigger a series of short-term liquidations, suggesting that ETH price could rally to this level.
Finally, the moving averages suggest that ETH is still above several important levels; it would need to drop below $3,000 for things to get worse for Ethereum.
2) Cardano (ADA): Stating that Cardano continues to stand strong, the analyst said that the speculation around ADA is not as strong as in ETH.
Noting that new capital for ADA is less, the analyst said that, nevertheless, Liquidation Levels and Buy/Sell Pressure Delta data suggest that ADA may be forming a solid base.
At this point, ADA could jump to $1.00 or higher if optimism returns to the cryptocurrency market.
The analyst recently noted that ADA has managed to stay above its 720-day moving average twice so far, which is a good sign. If the 720-day MA support holds, ADA could quickly move towards $1 in the next bullish phase.
3) Chainlink (LINK): The analyst noted that speculative on-chain data like the MVRV ratio remains positive but is relatively weak compared to other upward trends. This suggests that an influx of new capital is needed to rekindle investor interest in LINK. The analyst noted that while selling pressure has been prevalent in LINK recently, its Buy/Sell Pressure Delta is negative, which typically signals a price bottom.
Noting that major moving averages have been acting reliably for LINK, the analyst said that since 2024, every time LINK’s price has fallen below all of its major moving averages has turned into an excellent accumulation opportunity.
According to the analyst, LINK, like ADA, has recently managed to stay above the 720-day moving average, which is a good sign.
The analyst recently noted that a move above $25 in LINK would boost investor confidence and renew the upward trend.
