The primary deployment on Plasma launches aid for various key assets, such as Tether ($USDT), Ethena’s USDe, Staked USDe ($sUSDe), Tether Gold ($XAUt), Wrapped Ether ($WETH), and Wrapped Staked Ether ($weETH).
With these benefactions, Aave users can now supply and borrow across a wide set of stablecoins, tokenized gold, and Ethereum-based assets. Especially, delivering and acquiring caps for these assets are highlighted in the Aave Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAOs) governance proposal. The deployment was implemented by Bored Ghosts Developing (BGD) Labs representing the Aave DAO, ensuring seamless technical collaboration. To protect the protocol, risk assessments were carried out by Chaos Labs and LlamaRisk, two of the industry’s leading risk management firms.
Furthermore, Chainlink has collaborated to lay out secure and reliable price feeds, further reinforcing the integrity and stability of the leading markets on Plasma. All these steps help in expanding the DeFi services with steadiness.
