Ahead of the official start of AIM Congress, join our Co-Founder and Chairman, Dominik Schiener, for a workshop that demystifies tokenization in the digital age. By taking part, you’ll explore the mechanics of tokenization, understand the role it plays in the burgeoning Web3 ecosystem, and be shown how to create your own Web3-compatible digital tokens. The Future Finance Forum 2024 will be opened by a Leaders’ Panel featuring Dominik Schiener, H.E. Raja Al Mazrouei, CEO, Etihad Credit Insurance, H.E. Renat Bekturov, Governor, Astana International Financial Centre, and Antti Arponen, CEO, Pyypl. By applying trust, compliance, and control on a hyper-efficient infrastructure, Tokeny enables market participants to unlock significant advancements in the management and liquidity of financial instruments
- Realize: A project by Nakama Labs in Abu Dhabi, Realize is launching a tokenization platform to empower the potential of RWAs on the blockchain by providing investors with greater liquidity, transparency, and additional yield-earning opportunities than in traditional finance. It strives to lead RWA tokenization in the Middle East, prioritizing trust and growth in a projected market size of USD 16 trillion by 2030 (source BCG).
- TradeTech Global Initiative: A collaboration between the UAE and the World Economic Forum, the TradeTech Global Initiative aims to revolutionize global trade by integrating technologies such as AI and IoT. It features the annual TradeTech Forum, a sandbox for testing innovations, a startup incubator, and annual reports. This three-year project aims to enhance trade efficiency and equity, fostering innovation and inclusivity in the international trading ecosystem.
- Tokenized KYC: Today’s tools to authenticate Web3 users lack the guarantees needed to identify the person behind a blockchain address, and new crypto regulations will require stricter anti-money laundering and Know Your Customer (KYC) measures. A new solution developed by IOTA, walt.id, IDnow, Bloom Wallet, and Spyce5 uses tokenization to ensure privacy-preserving authentication while meeting regulatory compliance and minimizing burdens on dApps.
