LunarStorm seeks to promote the growth of the Web3 gaming ecosystem, making every moment that users spend playing games worthwhile. The long-term vision is to promote true interoperability in the ecosystem and make Web3 gaming rewarding and decentralized.
LunarChain will play a central role in this mission. The network will leverage hybrid technology to deliver security, scalability, speed and interoperability.
Interoperability is especially critical for Web3 games. With dozens of networks having their own gaming communities, users can be overwhelmed and sometimes miss out on innovative features in other networks. Additionally, interoperability allows users to pick each chain’s best games and qualities.

IOTA and Shimmer Power LunarStorm’s Leap into Decentralized Web3 Gaming
LunarStorm has brought on partners to build the new network, the first being HAVN, an ecosystem whose mission is to connect hybrid chains into one interoperable and decentralized network. HAVN is building an automated platform on which developers can launch hybrid chains, envisioning a future where value and liquidity flow freely between dozens of chains.

LunarStorm is also partnering with the IOTA ecosystem, integrating the IOTA network and Shimmer, the high-performance and feeless Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) ledger that serves as a test network for IOTA.
LunarChain is the latest partnership for the IOTA Foundation as its ecosystem continues to grow. As Crypto News Flash has reported, one key area of growth has been the tokenization of real-world assets, a sector that some studies say will be worth $16 trillion by the decade’s end.
