As the largest altcoin Ethereum (ETH) takes firm steps towards surpassing its 2021 ATH, investors’ bullish expectations are increasing. At this point, ETH recorded a strong rally, while options traders increased their bullish positions. According to Deribit data, over $5 million was spent on $5,000 expiry options expiring on September 26. Two Seas Capital, the third largest shareholder in Core Scientific (CORZ) with a 6.3% stake, has come out against the bitcoin miner’s proposed all-stock acquisition by AI cloud provider CoreWeave (CRWV). Major financial industry associations are demanding that global banking regulators pause sweeping crypto rules they warn will effectively bar banks from the $2.8 trillion digital asset market.
