Under the agreement, Samara Alpha will act as the sole manager of Webus’s digital assets, overseeing all XRP treasury strategies. This setup gives Webus access to institutional-grade tools and expert oversight.
The agreement will be implemented in stages. The management mandate cannot go into effect until Webus transfers the digital assets to the chosen custody wallets. At this point, none of the assets have been spent or moved, and no investments have been made yet.
