Brandt claimed that the recent decline in Bitcoin was merely a retest of the inverse Head and Shoulders pattern.
This inverse head and shoulders pattern (H&S pattern) was completed in November 2024, just before Bitcoin broke new historical records.
According to the experienced analyst, such a pullback appears to be a natural part of the bullish process, but Brandt also cautioned that the rally will not be completely smooth sailing.
Peter Brandt said that although he pointed to an upward trend, there is only one thing that casts doubt on what will happen next for Bitcoin.
This one thing, he said, has to do with the parabolic uptrend from the November 2022 lows being violated multiple times.
According to the chart shared by Brandt, BTC has violated this parabolic trend around seven times, which makes Brandt doubt the uptrend and expects a possible correction.
