VeChain has proposed an incentive program for the VeBetterDAO Visa Card to promote B3TR token spending and expand VeBetterDAO’s real-world usability.

Vechain, a pioneer in supply chain management, has introduced the VeBetterDAO Visa Card User Incentive Program. The program is gaining traction as it gathers community backing ahead of its official launch in five days. The initiative proposes allocating 1,000,000 B3TR from the VeBetterDAO Treasury to reward early adopters of the new Visa card.
VeChain is making it easier to use cryptocurrencies in daily life by allowing the gas fee token on the VeChainThor blockchain (VTHO) and Vechain’s native token (VET) to be used for regular purchases using a Visa card. Notably, holders of B3TR tokens can vote on the proposal and direct treasury allocations in the DAO by exchanging them for VOT3 tokens, which are used for governance.
How the Incentive Program Works
To encourage early adoption, the first 5,000 users who activate their VeBetterDAO Visa Cards will receive 200 B3TR each, credited directly to their Visa card accounts by the issuer.
As reported in our last new piece, the launch of the VeBetterDAO Visa Card would be a step closer to increasing B3TR’s real-world usability, especially in jurisdictions like the United States and the United Kingdom, where crypto cards, such as the Bybit Card, face limitations.
A white-labeled Visa card tailored for VeBetterDAO brings a strong foundation for future partnerships as B3TR adoption grows. “To open a VeBetterDAO Visa Card, users will need to cover an issuance fee of approximately $30. If approved, the VeBetterDAO Visa Card and incentive program will launch simultaneously, with B3TR rewards distributed at the beginning of each month based on new activations recorded by the card issuer.

As we mentioned earlier, Bybit kicked off B3TR token trading on March 27 through its incentivized Launchpool program, which gave VeBetterDAO a great chance to showcase its X-2-Earn decentralized application ecosystem. In addition, VeChain recently attained compliance with the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCAR) framework, making VET and VTHO meet the regulatory requirements for doing business in EU member states
Currently, VET has surged by 8.54% in the past 24 hours, reaching $0.02121. However, its trading volume has seen a 32% decline, suggesting that market dynamics are changing as investors anticipate upcoming developments.
