The Sandbox is giving away monthly rewards to holders of a specific set of eligible NFT avatars based on last month’s snapshot. These rewards can be claimed until 31st August.
Earlier on 26th July, The Sandbox took a snapshot of wallets holding eligible NFT avatars. Avatar owners can now start claiming the rewards until 31st August.

The main reward is the Rubber Duck Buoy NFT, which has been teased in experiences in the previous Alpha Seasons. Holders of this NFT will then be eligible to unlock additional rewards.

Once the Rubber Duck Buoy NFT has been acquired, holders will be able to unlock more rewards. These include an additional 4 NFTs along with 5 $SAND tokens.

To unlock other rewards, players need to hold the NFT and play any experience once a day minimum throughout August. This will unlock the Quack Hat NFT. Repeating this for three days will allow players to claim the Tufted Duck Topiary Balloon NFT along with the Duck Slipper NFT.
From there onward, a 7-day streak will unlock the Shoulder Perched Duckling along with 5 $SAND tokens.
More rewards coming next month for August snapshot
Those players who missed the snapshot in July, can complete KYC verifications on their account and get an eligible avatar from the Official Collections now, in order to be eligible for September’s rewards.
The snapshot for the next month is expected to take place near August’s end similar to how it happened in July. Earlier, The Sandbox randomly distributed one of the 5 different Team Uniforms to avatar owners. These included judo, swimming, basketball, gymnastics, and fencing.
Players who played 30 quests in any of the 4 specific experiences while being equipped with the uniform received bonus $SAND tokens along with a matching weapon.
