SEC wants to hire crypto experts, but job candidates won’t sell their holdings

The U.S. Safety and Alternate Fee (SEC) is dealing with challenges in recruiting cryptocurrency consultants, an issue partly attributed to its personal insurance policies, as highlighted in a latest company doc.

That doc, printed in October and modified Nov. 2, is titled The Inspector Common’s Assertion on the SEC’s Administration and Efficiency Challenges.

It signifies that the company is having difficulties hiring specialists within the space of crypto property. Officers inside the SEC report that there’s a small candidate pool and powerful competitors from the non-public sector, limiting the company’s means to rent crypto consultants.
