Polymath Research Inc., a company developing blockchain infrastructure for private markets, has announced new partnerships with organizations in Europe and North America. The agreements are aimed at expanding the company’s international presence and supporting the use of tokenization in traditional financial markets.
In Europe, Polymath has partnered with Black Manta Capital Partners, which will use Polymath’s Capital Platform to provide tokenization and asset management services under regulatory frameworks. In the United States, real estate investment firm Patina Capital will apply the same platform for a large-scale development project in Cleveland, Ohio, giving local communities the opportunity to participate in real estate investment. Another agreement with CycleX, a digital asset infrastructure provider, will connect its fund management systems with Polymath’s blockchain to simplify the tokenization and management of different asset classes.
These partnerships follow previous collaborations linked to Polymesh, Polymath’s blockchain designed for security tokens. Partners include Ocree Capital, REtoken, Republic, AlphaPoint, and Paysafe, with additional integrations involving wallet technologies. According to the company, more than $66 million in real estate offerings have already been tokenized on Polymesh.
The announcement comes as Polymath prepares to close its current funding round in September 2025. The company has also outlined plans for a public listing through a reverse takeover of AnalytixInsight Inc., signaling its intention to scale its technology to cover a wider range of assets and jurisdictions.
