Neo and SpoonOS have announced the winning projects from the Scoop AI Hackathon’s Hanoi Bowl, where builders showcased AI-native applications deployed on Neo infrastructure. The event, which took place Nov. 16, awarded US $6,000 in prizes, highlighting use cases in productivity, infrastructure, and autonomous markets.
First Place – NeoZero
The top prize of $2,500 went to NeoZero, a website‑generation platform built by ViCoders. The application enables users to create full websites from a single prompt using an AI-powered chat interface. Once a site is generated, the platform provides built‑in tools for registering a .neo domain through NeoNS and uploading the final site to NeoFS, offering an end-to-end workflow for onchain ownership and hosting.
NeoZero integrates several components of the SpoonOS stack, including a custom agent powered by the platform’s SDK and support for multi‑model prompts via OpenRouter. Its architecture incorporates automated onchain payments using a Neo smart contract, NeoLine wallet support, and type‑safe TypeScript SDKs generated from Neo contracts using CPM and neo-devpack-ts.

Second Place – Orbiton AI Agent
Second place, taking home $1,500, was awarded to Orbiton AI Agent, a market analysis tool that aggregates and interprets data from on-chain prediction markets. Built by Orbiton Labs, the agent is aimed at offering real-time investment insights and highlighting arbitrage opportunities across decentralized forecasting platforms.
Designed to assist decision-making in prediction markets, the tool leverages SpoonOS’s agent framework and interfaces with blockchain data for dynamic intelligence.

Third Place – Neo DeFi MCP
Third place of $900 was awarded to Neo DeFi MCP, developed by Brolab. The team built a Model Context Protocol server enabling agents to interact directly with DeFi infrastructure on Neo, including smart contracts and the ForTheWin DEX API.
The server allows for programmatic access to on-chain trading functions, offering a foundation for building AI agents that can execute DeFi strategies autonomously. The project demonstrates how the SpoonOS MCP architecture can be extended to domain-specific blockchain applications.

Fourth Place – VibeKathon and Moral Oracle
Two projects received fourth-place recognition, each receiving $550. VibeKathon presented a multi-agent productivity tool that reimagines the email inbox as a command center for daily tasks, legal contract review, and finance management. The system features native Neo Wallet support for invoice handling and agent-based task extraction.
The second, Moral Oracle, proposed a gamified platform for ethical reasoning. Users respond to philosophical dilemmas, and an AI verdict engine evaluates arguments based on logic, empathy, and consequence. Smart contracts on Neo distribute rewards to participants, while the system collects training data for future AI ethics research.
