Renowned sports celebrity and former NBA player Scottie Pippen has surprised the crypto community by saying that in the crypto world, there is not only Bitcoin that has caught his eye.
Pippen has published a watch list of cryptocurrency assets that he believes to have a large potential in the market. Among them are the Ripple-affiliated coin XRP and top meme cryptocurrencies, Dogecoin and Shiba Inu. However, Bitcoin remains his number-one crypto choice.
Scottie Pippen’s crypto watch list
Pipple tweeted that he still believes in Bitcoin as the only crypto market leader. However, he is building a list of other cryptocurrencies that he would like to keep an eye on. His picks here are the following: ETH, SOL, BNB, XRP, BALL, ADA, DOGE, SHIB, LINK, and CRO.
He asked his followers on the X platform to share their crypto picks in the comment below his tweet.

Scottie Pippen became widely known throughout the crypto community over the past few years after he claimed in his tweets that the mysterious Bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto visited him in his dream several times to make some BTC price predictions (which never came true).
Influencers stress BTC’s scarcity in light of gold-full asteroid news
Bitcoin maximalists, JAN3 CEO Samson Mow and trader Willy Woo have stepped up with a Bitcoin comment as the news about an asteroid with a tremendous amount of gold has been published.
This asteroid is called Psyche 16 and it contains gold reserves valued at approximately $70 quintillion. “That’s enough to make everyone on Earth billionaires,” a post cited by Mow says.
The post does not mention the fact that if this amount of gold hits the market, all the gold will become worthless because of the suddenly expanded supply. Satoshi ally and the CEO of Blockstream, Adam Back, said that in a comment to Mow’s post.
Besides, unlike gold, Mow hints, Bitcoin remains limited to 21 million coins no matter what, and it can only be mined through computing operations.

Willy Woo stated a similar thing: “2045 is the estimated timeline for when large scale mining of asteroids happens. Unfortunately they didn’t find any bitcoins on this rock.”
