Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, announced that it will list EigenLayer (EIGEN) with its seed tag.
“Binance will list EigenLayer (EIGEN) and open trading for the following spot pairs at 2024-10-01 05:00 (UTC).
New Spot Trading Pairs: EIGEN/BTC, EIGEN/USDT, EIGEN/FDUSD and EIGEN/TRY.
Users can now start depositing EIGEN in preparation for trading.
Withdrawals will be opened on 2024-10-02 05:00 (UTC).
Seed Label will be applied to EIGEN.”
Binance warned investors that EIGEN is a relatively new token that poses higher than normal risk and is therefore likely to be subject to high price volatility. “EIGEN is a relatively new token that poses higher than normal risk and is likely to be subject to high price volatility. EigenLayer is a protocol built on Ethereum that introduces a new primitive in cryptoeconomic security, resttake. This primitive allows ETH to be reused in the consensus layer.
