Top crypto analytical platforms CoinCodex and Telegaon release predictions regarding when the Shiba Inu ecosystem token Bone ShibaSwap (BONE) would hit $2.20.
BONE, the governance token of the Shiba Inu ecosystem and official gas token of Shibarium, gained the crypto community’s attention this week after its price spiked 26% to $1.09 on March 18.
Following its Monday rally, famous analyst $SHIB Knight projected that the asset would “pump more” and possibly reach the coveted price of $3.
However, some analysts believe that BONE would need to breach the $2.20 resistance before making its way to the $3 threshold.
Meanwhile, BONE has lost most of the gains it secured on Monday, now changing hands at $0.83. Based on its current price, the token must rally 165% to breach the $2.20 resistance.
Potential Timeline for BONE’s Rally to $2.20
Notably, The Crypto Basic has compiled the predictions of two analytical firms regarding when BONE would break the $2.20 resistance.
CoinCodex Prediction
Projections from popular market tracker CoinCodex suggest that BONE could hit the $2.2 price level this year. The crypto analytic platform expects the token to achieve this feat within the next 30 days.
According to the prediction, BONE would surge to $2.71 by April 19, an increase of 23.18% from the $2.20 price level. The platform further sees BONE recording its yearly high of $2.85 on June 18.
In addition, CoinCodex expects BONE’s yearly high for 2025 to be around $3.90, up 30% from $SHIB KNIGHT’s $3 prediction. BONE’s yearly highs for 2026, 2027, and 2028 are set at $2.19, $1.54, and $2.63, respectively.
Telegaon’s $2.20 Forecast For BONE
Meanwhile, leading analytical firm Telegaon expected BONE to breach the $2.20 resistance last year. Its closest prediction to $2.20 was to play out last year if the token had reached an average price of $2.34.
However, BONE failed to reach Telegaon’s 203 target, as the token traded below $2 for most of last year. For this year, Telegaon set BONE’s minimum price at $3.34 and its average price around $4.62. Interestingly, Telegaon expects BONE to surge to a maximum price of $5.24 this year.
Potential Catalysts For BONE’s Surge to $2.20
While the analytical platforms did not shed light on how BONE could hit the $2.20 target, certain factors could help the token achieve this feat.
Potential Listing on Binance
Notably, BONE is only listed on OKX and Gate.io platforms out of the top 10 global crypto exchanges. At press time, the major target exchange is Binance. Top Shiba Inu community members believe that the token could rally to unprecedented levels if it goes live on Binance.
Consequently, the community has been involved in campaigns to have BONE listed on Binance. This includes voting for BONE on the Binance Futures platform to position the token for a potential listing on the exchange.
Growing Adoption of Shibarium
It is common knowledge that BONE is Shibarium’s official gas token. This implies that Shibarium users are expected to pay gas fees in BONE to execute transactions on the L2 blockchain.
As more users adopt Shibarium, its native token, BONE, is also used to execute transactions on the network, thus setting it up for a potential rally.
