API3 DAO Boasts 6813 Members and 84 Proposals: Report

The decentralized autonomous ecosystem (DAO) API3 has been moving through a successful track, currently boasting 6813 members. According to the API3 DAO Tracker, the ecosystem has successfully completed 84 proposals.

In a recent X post, Chinese crypto reporter Colin Wu, on his Wu Blockchain page, shared insights on the remarkable journey of API3 DAO. His post highlighted API3’s active members, completed proposals, Epoch rewards, and the annualized yield.

Specifically, in API3’s current Epoch 2825, the annualized yield is estimated at 21.5%, while the epoch reward is approximately 0.41%. Previously, in Epoch 2824, the annualized yield stood at 20.5% with a reward of 0.39%. Similarly, in Epoch 2823, the yield was around 19.5%, whereas the reward was approximately 0.37%. While 59,360,479 tokens were staked at the end of Epoch 2823, 59,301,580 tokens were seen staked during Epoch 2824.

API3 DAO, in a recent post on X, celebrated its steady growth, writing, “The API3 Ecosystem has been steadily growing since the launch of decentralized data feeds (dAPIs) last fall.”

As of now, the total number of staked API3 tokens is 59,546,721. As the staking target is 64,325,135 tokens, the annual percentage rate (APR) will “increase by 1% for the next epochs until the target is met or APR reaches 75%.” While API3 boasts a total supply of 125,324,588 tokens, its circulating supply is 86,421,978. With a market cap of $358,205,037, API3 has secured the 156^th place on CoinMarketCap.

Currently, the API3 token is trading at a price of $4.14, with a moderate decline of 1.34% in the last 24 hours. However, over the past 7 days, the token saw a substantial surge of 33.39%. Moreover, on a monthly basis, API3’s performance was astounding, as it exhibited a staggering hike of 162.28%.
