Giant cryptocurrency whales have traded large amounts of altcoins in the last quiet hours.
MakerDAO’s Multisig wallet recently deposited 421.98 MKR, equivalent to $1.28 million, to Wintermute Trading OTC. This deposit is part of a larger series of transactions with a total of MKR 3 thousand ($9.08 million) deposited to CEX in the last six days. Interestingly, this entity had withdrawn 20 MKR from Coinbase Prime three months ago. Currently, it holds 21.93 thousand MKR worth $66.36 million.
In another notable move, the whale with short wallet address 0x2ea purchased 299.99 thousand USDC and 250.19 thousand RBN at an average price of $1.19. Over the last six days, it purchased a total of 1.44 million RBN worth $1.7 million at an average price of $1.17. This whale had sent 932,930 RBN to the Aevo Staking wallet a month ago. He currently holds RBN 2.83 million, worth $3.35 million.
The other whale address, 0x5f1, deposited 1.5 million ONDO, equivalent to $1.26 million, into the Bybit deposit account. In total, it transferred 17 million ONDO ($14.32 million) to this exchange through 11 transactions in the last five days. Currently, he holds 1 million ONDO worth $842.49 thousand.
