The exchange is taking preventive steps to ensure a smooth user experience during these important updates.
The Chiliz (CHZ) network upgrade and Hard Fork is scheduled to occur around 10:00 AM on May 20, 2024 at block height 13,189,711.
In preparation, Binance will suspend deposits and withdrawals for tokens on the Chiliz network starting at approximately 09:00 on the same day.
Similarly, MultiversX (EGLD) network upgrade will take place on May 21, 2024 at 19:20. Binance will suspend deposits and withdrawals for tokens on the MultiversX network starting at approximately 18:20 that day.
It is important to note that token trading on both the Chiliz and MultiversX networks will not be affected by these updates. Binance will manage all technical requirements regarding upgrades on behalf of its users and ensure a smooth transition.
Deposits and withdrawals for tokens on the affected networks will resume after Binance confirms the stability of the upgraded networks. There will be no further announcements regarding the resumption of services.
