With just 10 days remaining until the Official Trump (TRUMP) dinner event for top holders, the leaderboard is taking shape, with Tron (TRX) founder Justin Sun emerging as the frontrunner.
The dinner will allow TRUMP holders to meet President Donald Trump on May 22, with the participation cutoff set for today, May 12.
According to the event structure, the top 220 investors will be invited to the gala dinner, while the top 25 will also gain access to a private VIP reception and an exclusive tour.
Rankings are determined based on time-weighted holdings from April 23 to May 12, a metric designed to reward long-term commitment rather than short-term buying sprees.
Trump dinner leaderboard
Currently, a wallet linked to Sun holds the top spot with 1.43 million TRUMP tokens and a time-weighted holding of 1,318,479. Close behind is an entity labeled McCo, with 1.39 million tokens and a time-weighted score of 1,265,840.
Rounding out the top three is a wallet identified as CASE, holding 500,004 TRUMP with a time-weighted score of 422,575.598.
Other notable contenders in the top ranks include GAnt (500,034 TRUMP), REKT (443,686 TRUMP), and Woo (1,000,001 TRUMP). Completing the top 10 are SKY (290,000 TRUMP), TONI (285,876 TRUMP), Ivo (422,088 TRUMP), and Niu (309,029 TRUMP).
Meanwhile, demand for the meme coin, launched by President Trump on January 17, has surged in the lead-up to the cutoff date.
The cryptocurrency has seen extreme volatility, with the dinner announcement fueling a wave of capital inflows. As a result, investors have experienced both sharp gains and losses in their pursuit of a seat at the table.
Adding to the buzz, Finbold reported that on May 10, a wallet linked to the TRUMP team deposited tokens worth over $52.66 million to major exchanges, possibly to help meet soaring liquidity demand.
TRUMP price analysis
At press time, TRUMP was trading at $13.93, up more than 1% over the past 24 hours. On the weekly chart, the meme coin has gained 26%.
Looking ahead, the Official Trump appears poised to maintain its momentum, especially with the current price trading above the 50-day simple moving average (SMA) of around $10.
