Binance continues to expand its derivatives offerings with the announcement of a new listing on its futures platform.
Binance Futures to Launch SOONUSDT Perpetual Contract with Up to 50x Leverage
The exchange will launch the USDⓈ-margined SOONUSDT perpetual contract on May 23, 2025, at 11:30 AM, providing traders with access to up to 50x leverage on the newly listed pair.
The SOONUSDT contract will join Binance Futures’ roster of perpetual contracts that aim to offer users more diverse trading opportunities and enhanced flexibility.
According to the official announcement, tick size specifications will be revealed 15 minutes before the contract launch, and users are encouraged to refer to Binance’s official channels for the most up-to-date information.
Binance has confirmed that the SOONUSDT perpetual contract will also be available for Futures Copy Trading within 24 hours of its launch.
This will allow users to mirror the strategies of top-performing traders and take advantage of the same volatility-driven opportunities.
The initial funding rate for the SOONUSDT contract is capped at +2.00% / -2.00%, and settlements occur every four hours, which is a standard schedule for most Binance perpetual contracts.
Traders are advised to be careful when using high leverage and to learn about funding rate mechanics and associated risks. Binance also emphasized the importance of reviewing contract specifications and managing positions responsibly.
